The Climate Change Response (Auction Price) Amendment Bill has been discussed in Parliament in regards to the confidential reserve price being put in place before the emissions trading scheme (ETS) units are auctioned for the first time on 17 March. Hon James Shaw has instructed the Environmental Committee to consider the bill thoroughly and report back to the House by 4 March. See here for more.
