Late last week the regulations supporting the auctions emerged. Dates for next year's auctions have been indicatively scheduled for 17 March; 23 June; 1 September and 1 December 2021, and Schedule 3 to the Regs sets out volumes (up to 26 million next year) and the reserve price floor and cost containment trigger prices (at $20 and $50 for 2021, respectively).
